Our agility equipment is designed and constructed with reliability and safety in mind.  The PVC we use is the sturdier, higher quality, thick-walled, U/V protected furniture grade variety.  Traditional PVC equipment as see on the web is typically made from plumbers grade Schedule 40 PVC, some is made of the thin wall PVC.  This plumbers grade PVC IS NOT U/V protected and will degrade when exposed to U/V rays that come from sunlight.  Over time plumbers grade will degrade, discolor and may even crack or splinter.  This is why Patio Furniture made to be out in the elements is made from Furniture Grade PVC.  Our equipment is built with longevity in mind!  The PVC used in our obstacles has a glossy "bright white" finish.  Most of  our agility equipment is made to AKC regulations (which usually encompasses the other kennel clubs requirements but we can adjust the agility equipment to suit whatever venue you would like).  We hand assemble and test each piece before it is carefully packed and shipped.  Weave-Poles.com take great pride in the building of great looking, durable, and affordable, quality dog agility equipment. 

We offer free Shipping on all our agility obstacles and accessories.  At today's rate the S&H charge can be as much as the obstacle itself.   Obstacles are shipped via FEDEX Home Delivery, smaller items such as jump cups, guide wires, pole placers and spikes are mailed via USPS.  We strive to drop ship all our orders from our warehouse within 3-7 business days after receiving payment.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your new agility equipment you may return it to us for a refund of your purchase price within 30 days of receipt (buyer to pay return shipping).  Custom orders, all vinyl tunnels, mini A-Frames, and contact trainers are not refundable since these agility items are custom built for each individual order.  Ascending jumps, teeter bases, dog walk bases, Tire jump, Weave Poles and non-vinyl tunnels will have a 20% restocking fee.  Because of their nature, all DVD's and Books are non-refundable.
